The Pool: is secluded and is heated using the latest heat pump technology to enable guests to swim during the slightly colder months.	Furnished with dining table and chairs,sun loungers, floating pool chairs and a gas barbecue.
Wonderful for Al Fresco dining whilst watching the sun set, or take a late night swim on a balmy summers evening.	Formal Living Room a quiet spot away from the hub bub of the house.

Formal Living Room: Overlooking the pool this room is an ideal spot for quiet contemplation, reading and relaxing.	Formal Dining Room: Wonderful for entertaining, furnished in a traditional style with seating for six.

Family Room: Being open plan to the kitchen, the family room is the hub of our home with comfy sofas & an ottoman to put your feet up & watch television.	The entertainment centre houses a 32" flat screen TV with digital plus cable & 500 watt home theatre system to view the latest DVD'S, listen to CD'S or the radio.

Kitchen Breakfast Room: A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stove top, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with icemaker.	The breakfast nook beside the aquarium window, overlooks the pool and preserve.

Master Suite: This room also opens on to the lanai for that early morning coffee whilst the world awakens.. Furnished with a luxurious pillow top king size bed, sheer bliss, with a 19" cable television; an oasis of calm.	En-suite Bathroom: A large bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in Roman shower, oval tub separate toilet and, ample closet space.

Bedroom Two: This room boasts a queen size bed, dresser and mirror, ample closet space and cable television, overlooking the garden and preserve.	Bedroom Three: Comfortably furnished with two twin beds and ample closet space.

Bathroom Two : Situated between bedroom two and three this bathroom has full bath and shower.	The new planting in Spring 2008 of Hibiscus and Monte Palm.
