Thank you for renting us your villa, we had a fantastic family holiday and we would definately return if we ever travel to Florida again. The children rated our week here equal to the week in Disney which I think says a lot. It was a luxury home in a peaceful and relaxing part of Florida. Many thanks T & T. UK.

Just to say thank you for renting us your home we had a fabulous week there. The weather was great and we only had one more downpour after I spoke with you and that was in the evening. Abslutely loved Gasparilla beach! It was so relaxing after the previous week in Orlando. Managed to find our way around after a couple of days without any problems, found the Marina Grill where you said the food was great and watched England's performance aganst the USA there! We will definately recommend your home to anyone thinking of going to Florida and will hopefully will go back again ourselves sometime. Best Wishes D & K. UK

First I have to say you do a brilliant job. A very
beautiful house, very organized, very friendly and
full of familar pictures! Your pool is the best heated
I´ve experienced so far in Florida With the
internet it was fun for our daughter Claire. She´s
been able to watch German TV (she´s almost 6,
and acts like a teen, what´s quite stressfull).
And no worrie´s about your housekeeper!!! He
or she did a better job than many people in homes
we visited! What means you´ve got the cleanest
house that we´ve seen in the past 10 years on
holiday ( 3 times in Australia, three times in USA
and a couple of other adventures). Well, you´ve
got a very, very, very nice home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a quick note to say thank you for letting us
stay in your lovely home. We have nd
stayed in many villas in Europe and have to say that
yours is exceptional. The house is immaculate and
the pool is a brillant size. We would certainly recommend
it to friends. . The children enjoyed the second week
of their holiday, sailing, fishing & riding in
golf carts and playing on the beach more than their
first week in Disney - so that says everything. Weather

We are almost one week at home, school started, and
we both started to work. My father is feeling better
but it was not possible for him to fly to Florida.
He had to be in hospital until Easter Saturday. We
had a wonderful time in your villa and it was much
nicer than we expected it would be. We enjoyed the
pool, the nice weather and your comfortable home.
So I can say that this was one of our best holidays.

I wanted to thank you for making your Villa available
for us. My family & I were stunned by your house
and the shape it was in. You have done an amazing
job setting it up. The decoration was great. A lot
of people put up too much stuff you didn't. We have
had the time of our life in your house. We were able
to explore all kinds of beaches around the area. I
really loved the idea of the photo-albums with pics
of the cabinets. Whenever we used dishes we forgot
where they originally were, but it was so easy to
just look it up. Great! Thanks for the milk in the
fridge and the Olive Garden Coupons. If we were to
make a vacation in Florida again. We surely would
choose your place. We loved the BBQ it was great!

pool was fantastic and at last I can swim 10 lengths.

Really
enjoyed our stay in your lovely home, wish it could have
been longer. Weather excellent and we enjoyed our bike
rides, when we saw baby alligators and turtles in the
canals. In the warm summer evenings we were treated to
the Firefly's dance.

home. It was a lovely place to hang our hats between various
activities.
We found a wonderful Wednesday evening prime rib buffet
at the Hills Golf Course (reservations required).
Of course there are many good places we visited to eat.
The only problem is my clothes seemed to "shrink"!

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time at
your home in Rotonda. You certainly have a great spot
there – and the weather couldn’t have been
better. We went to the beach almost every day. We added
a menu to your restaurant binder. It’s a new place
right off of Gasparilla Road called Vecchi Nonni. We didn’t
try it until the end of our trip. I wish we had tried
it sooner – it was that good. Unfortunately, we
were leaving so there were no other opportunities to try
other dishes out. Just thought you’d like to know
you have a wonderful Italian restaurant within five minutes
of your Florida home. Thanks again for letting us rent
your place.

We had another wonderful holiday, with good weather and
a very comfortable stay in your lovely home there. Ian
and I were amazed by all the wild life in the area, we
hadn't expected those beautiful unspoilt beaches with
so many different kinds of birds, turtles, dolphins and
tortoise etc. We would certainly consider going back at

We’ve arrived home now after spending a most enjoyable
time in your beautiful and well appointed villa. We found
the place an ideal haven after a hard day’s toil
on the golf course when relaxing in the pool became something
we looked forward to very much. The peace and quiet was
quite unreal at times with no-one to bother us except
for the odd squirrel and raccoon. The weather was just
perfect although we know that it can be temperamental
at this time of year. Your management company were most
helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. We hope
that we would be able to make a return visit sometime
and if that is the case we will be in touch with you.

vacation. We were able to get three golf lessons and got
to play on five different occasions. Your home is very
well equipped. We did spend some time looking at real-estate

street. We also enjoyed the beach and the walking trail.
